Location: Guildford GU1
Salary: 26000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment are seeking a cheerful and organised Junior Property Manager to join a respected and progressive residential lettings agency in Guildford. Some previous experience in lettings or customer service would be helpful.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the lettings industry and property management in particular.
Youll be joining a supportive and experienced team managing a local property portfolio with full training and ongoing career progression available.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist with managing a portfolio of residential rental properties let on ASTs
- Help coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with tenants landlords and contractors to resolve day-to-day issues
- Support with tenancy renewals deposit management and property compliance
- Learn to prepare and serve legal notices (Section 21 and Section 8) when required
- Ensure safety certificates and compliance documents are kept up to date
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships
- Keep accurate records and stay organised in a busy fast-paced environment
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Some experience in property lettings or customer service preferred
- Eager to learn and build a career in residential property management
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A confident positive and professional manner
- Knowledge of the local Guildford area beneficial
- Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
