Job Description
As Regional Manager you act as the second in command to the LPR Managing Director within your assigned region. You oversee day-to-day operational and support functions while ensuring the successful implementation of the comapnys strategy.
Your mission is to lead regional teams toward profitable and sustainable growth driving operational excellence commercial development and employee engagement in alignment with LPRs strategic goals and SHEQ standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Inspire People
- Manage and coach country managers within your region to achieve challenging objectives.
- Embed LPRs leadership model and values in everyday activities.
- Define and communicate a clear regional vision aligned with corporate goals.
- Foster collaboration empowerment and a culture of accountability.
- Drive organizational and process changes smoothly and effectively.
2. Drive Strategy Execution
- Implement the Division and Region strategy across markets.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative improvements.
- Promote cooperation and knowledge-sharing between regions and teams.
3. Deliver Results and Ensure Compliance
- Set monitor and deliver financial commercial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies delegation schemes and risk management.
- Guarantee high-quality financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Develop corrective actions aligned with strategic goals when required.
4. Develop Regional Business and Markets
- Analyze regional performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and execute annual Commercial Operating Plans.
- Ensure effective marketing and brand alignment with corporate strategy.
- Monitor KPIs such as turnover margin market share and customer portfolio.
- Potentially lead geographic expansion within the region.
5. Strengthen Customer Relationships
- Maintain and expand customer and partner networks.
- Oversee customer service quality across the supply chain.
- Develop retention strategies and improvement plans based on feedback.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among key accounts and strategic partners.
