What success looks like in this role:
Join our team as a Technical Application Manager and play a key role in ensuring the stability performance and continuous improvement of critical business applications and infrastructure.
This full-time position based in Leusden requires three days per week on-site. You will provide enterprise-level technical support manage application environments and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional service. Acting as a trusted operational contact for clients you will support incident and change management processes while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced technical support for applications platforms and data management systems
Investigate and resolve incidents ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
Identify record and classify high-impact problems; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deploy fixes and minor changes
Provide on-site technical support when required
Maintain accurate documentation for installations configurations and maintenance activities
Participate in incident problem and change management processes
Ensure timely patch management and installation of updates
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Technical Skills
Infrastructure maintenance (network servers VMware; storage preferred)
VMware/ESX installation and configuration
Windows Server 2016 (installation configuration)
IIS Web Portal / FTP
MS SQL databases (installation backup/restore)
Technical application management (monitoring analysis resolution configuration)
2nd line support and testing updates/changes
Identity and Access Management (preferred)
IT security (preferred)
Soft Skills
Must be proficient in Dutch and English with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in both languages
Ability to work independently with precision and accountability
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Service-oriented with excellent client communication
Team player with organizational awareness
Continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in IT or related field and solid and relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
Experience in Agile environments and ITIL-based processes
