Join us as a Quality and Product Stewardship Specialist where you shall supervise the regional operations and give guidance for all Quality Management and Logistic aspects in the complete supply chain from receiving the raw materials production storage to delivery to the customers to ensure proper product handling and evaluate product damages and quality deteriorations in the supply chain. Key Accountabilities include:
- Support the implementation of Quality Management processes
- Prepare review and update quality documentations e.g. SOPs training material investigation reports CAPA
- Monitor and control quality parameters of raw materials product samples and finished fertilisers
- Oversee and give guidance for taking of samples at different stages in the supply chain
- Supervise the Quality Control steps in the supply chain
- Oversee the stock position and stock movement in external warehouses
- Conduct on-site inspections at production bagging and warehousing sites
- Investigate quality deviations non-conformities and product damages
- Be the contact person for customer complaints and inspect product damages on site
- Documentation and Reporting of customer feedback product damages and incidents
- Establish and follow-up corrective actions and lessons learned
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Product Stewardship program
- Provide technical quality support to colleagues partners and customers
Qualifications :
Education:
- BSc in Agriculture Chemistry or Quality Management (Masters degree preferred)
Certifications:
- Certification in Quality Management Systems
Technical Expertise:
- Understanding of working within or developing Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with fertiliser handling and related quality requirements
Core Competencies:
- Strong and convincing communication skills for direct interaction with customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Experience:
- Experience in the fertiliser business would be appreciated
