• Creating and managing purchase orders; reviewing vendor quotes and collaborating with Admin
• Receiving verifying and recording vendor bills in the accounting system and update payments daily
• Reconciling vendor accounts periodically and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Analyzing and comparing periodic expenses to track trends and discrepancies
• Preparing MIS reports related to Accounts Payable and assist with other related tasks

• Post-Graduate in Finance Accounting or other similar streams with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office
• Sound Analytical Skills

• Open for rotational Shifts
• Coupa and Netsuite experience
