Were looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our Transport & Infrastructure Accounting Services team in Auckland.
This is a pivotal leadership role where youll combine your financial expertise and commercial acumen to deliver accurate reporting optimise cashflow and drive performance improvements across our business.

Youll work closely with senior leaders across both NZ and Australia providing insights that help influence decisions and improve business outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Lead month-end processes financial reporting and OneStream submissions
• Drive sustainable cost management and provide analysis on functional cost performance
• Optimise cash collections and working capital including cashflow forecasting and debtor management
• Support budgeting forecasting and planning cycles across the business
• Ensure compliance with audit tax and internal control requirements
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes
• Provide mentoring and leadership to build a high-performing collaborative finance team

Youre a seasoned finance professional who thrives in complex fast-paced environments and enjoys translating numbers into meaningful insights. Youll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in commerce accounting or financial management
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• 10 years experience in a senior finance role ideally within a large or multi-entity organisation
• Strong background in financial reporting cashflow management and compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams influence stakeholders and drive performance
• High emotional intelligence resilience and a proactive problem-solving mindset
