Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth fostering innovation and enhancing operational performance Downers Transport & Infrastructure team is looking for a Regional Manager for Auckland / Northland to take on a key leadership role in the North Region.

We have an exceptional opportunity for a strategic people-focused leader to join Downer as our Regional Manager reporting to the Executive General Manager North.
This is a career-defining senior leadership role where youll drive profitable growth lead high-performing teams and help shape the future of infrastructure across a dynamic and diverse region. Your focus will be on strategic growth operational excellence and building strong customer relationships all while championing a culture of collaboration innovation and performance.
With a strong pipeline of forward work including our long-term partnerships with Auckland Council and Auckland Transport youll have the platform to make a real and lasting impact. Working closely with business managers and cross-functional teams youll unlock local opportunities provide thought leadership and deliver smart customer-focused solutions.
