Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies
- Data Management: Collect monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Asset and Expenditure Oversight: Monitor and manage the companys assets and expenditures
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financial records for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Heads of Department (HOD) Project Managers (PM) and Group Finance
- Financial Policy Implementation: Assist and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits
- Support Departmental Operations: Assist various departments and teams with their daily operational activities
Person Specifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience handling financial services
- Keen attention to detail
- Outstanding time-management and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information for preparation of reports and/or other documentation
- Previous experience of using Power BI for reporting D365 ABEX and other software for Finance activity
- Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
