職務目的Job Purpose

• 引受権限および上司の管理監督のもとコーポレートセグメントのアンダーライターとして企業賠償保険にかかる推進トレーニングおよび引受を行い担当地区における各種戦略取組みを遂行し収益性を伴った成長を実現する

• 担当範囲には担当営業店チャネルにおける引受営業推進トレーニング予算やKPIのモニタリングリポートコンプライアンス施策の実行その他商品開発や効率化取組み等本社プロジェクトへの参画が含まれる

• 各商品部門や営業部門損害サービス部門とも連携しセグメントを横断した企業賠償保険のビジネス構築に貢献する

職責Job Responsibilities

• 営業店より提出された新規および継続契約の見積依頼についてリスク選択引受条件リミット管理を含むレビューを行い継続的な収益性およびボラティリティの回避を確保する必要に応じて上長の承認を取得するマルチナショナルアカウントについて海外関係者との調整も必要に応じて行う必要に応じて可能な代替案の提案を行う

• 営業推進トレーニングに関する戦略を立て担当営業店チャネルにおける実行を担う各種資料の作成営業店に対するトレーニングの実施各種照会に対する適切なアドバイスの提供を行う営業社員と協業しブローカー代理店顧客を訪問しリスクに対する顧客の課題解決を実践する

• 一部商品においてはオペレーション部門に対する指示を含む引受案件に掛かる計上や証券作成にかかる業務を行う

• 必要に応じて適切なUW承認を得るとともにその他問題があれば上位管理者へ報告し適切な解決が行われるよう徹底する

最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• ビジネスレベルの英語が望ましい

• マーケットディストリビューション契約募集ポートフォリオ管理等に関する知識

• コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーション能力

• 自発性および他者とチームとして協力できる能力

• タイムマネジメントマルチタスク能力

業務経験

• 7-12年程度の保険引受業務または保険業界での業務経験
