School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Greenwood IN! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-growing mission-driven dental organization dedicated to bringing smiles to students across multiple states.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and manage diverse business responsibilities including supervising and training staff managing dental clinic schedules and supporting the performance of a multi-state division. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple sites and states.
- Supervise train and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Create and manage schedules payroll and other HR-related functions.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient compliant and patient-centered operations.
- Monitor performance metrics identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Foster a positive professional and service-oriented team culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members partners and leadership across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory or regional manager experience in healthcare or dental office management.
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and overseeing staff in multiple locations.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with scheduling and payroll systems (Paycom preferred).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism confidentiality and customer service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Business or Healthcare Management required; Bachelors preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Previous dental experience highly preferred.
