Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Michigan
Now Hiring for the Current School Year
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to hire a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time school-based opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students strengthen communication skills that support academic success social interaction and confidence.
As part of a collaborative special education team you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive educational environment.
As the School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist you will:
- Create implement and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and progress monitoring.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals.
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students across a variety of communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district state and federal guidelines.
- Support students in areas including articulation language development fluency voice and social communication.
- Partner with teachers families and support staff to reinforce communication strategies across learning environments.
Requirements
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
- Active or eligible Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
