Job Summary

If you would enjoy working with a small but mighty family business in Tempe Arizona and you bring a solid knowledge of what it takes to manage a fleet of vehicles and specialty equipment ensuring effective availability and use and you are skilled in multi-facility maintenance management we want you to apply now.
- Ensures timely vehicle maintenance and accurate records for a fleet of 60 vehicles plus trailers and other specialty equipment.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance repairs ensures landscape and custodial contracts are fulfilled manage warranties for new construction.
- Manages the full life cycle of company assets and procures new vehicles and specialty equipment as required.
- Willing and able to travel extensively locally as well as overnight and out of state.
- Excellent driving record and willing to submit to a thorough background check that complies with the DoD and our other government partners.

- Perform many maintenance safety and management tasks for the assigned fleet and related assets: vehicles trailers heavy equipment specialty equipment or tools and buildings/grounds/facilities
- The job is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking maneuvering around moving objects/machinery standing stooping crouching crawling climbing balancing lifting digging pushing or raising objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions may include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
