Stratton Amenities is a hospitality services company providing luxury hotel-style front desk and concierge services for upscale apartment and condominium communities. We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support high-end residential properties in the Dallas area.
This position is ideal for a polished service-driven professional who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering consistent high-quality service to residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in first impressions daily operations and overall resident satisfaction.
Weekend availability is required
Holiday availability is required
Greet residents guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests
Answer phones take accurate messages and communicate effectively
Log track and distribute resident packages accurately
Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support property safety
Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
Interact professionally with vendors contractors and delivery personnel
Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality concierge front desk customer service or luxury retail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities
Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Organized dependable and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and grooming standards required
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Experience in luxury residential hotel or high-end customer service environments
Proven ability to deliver consistent elevated service
Work in luxury residential environments
