Site Support III (IT) Full-Time

Valley View Hospital is in need of an experienced full-time Site Support Tech III to assist our IT Department. This crucial position provides third tier support to the IT Help Desk in troubleshooting hospital-wide IT issues.

This is an ON-SITE position!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years hardware/software deployment experience
• Five years technical support and customer service experience
• Three years experience in healthcare business processes acumen/operational knowledge
• Advanced End-user hardware knowledge
• Advanced Business productivity software
• Advanced Comprehensive documentation ability
• Advanced Handling difficult/angry customers
• Flexibility to influence people at Director level.
• Advanced ability to coordinate methods techniques and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos in order to obtain optimal results.
• Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation abilities

SALARY

• Starting wage dependent upon education relevant experience and skill set
• Position wage range: $21.23 -$31.22/hour
