Job Description Summary

As a Travel & Expense Administrator you will play a key role in managing and supporting our corporate travel and expense processes to ensure compliance accuracy and efficiency across the business.

This full-time hybrid position (3 days in-office) is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.

Youll be part of a collaborative team based in Collins Street supporting our financial systems and corporate expense platform administration. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the Role

  • Administer and maintain the corporate travel and expense system (e.g. Concur).
  • Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies.
  • Process and audit expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on travel and expense procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external travel providers to resolve queries.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of travel and expense data.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team.

Skills and experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
  • 2 years experience in travel and expense administration or similar role.
  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g. Concur) highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (ERP); SAP experience desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to telecommunications or utilities industry advantageous.
