Job Summary
Position: Project Manager
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through execution and final handover.
- Utilize both structured (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) project management methodologies to achieve milestones efficiently.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders including technical teams designers operators and clients.
- Oversee all aspects of project setup and implementation ensuring alignment between design technical and operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of systems or services.
- Manage timelines budgets and quality standards to deliver successful outcomes under demanding schedules.
- Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and adapt project plans as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards policies and performance indicators.
- Prepare project documentation reports and post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
- Degree in Project Management Business Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing projects involving technical installations system integration or studio/production environments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of how construction design and technology workflows intersect.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Office 365 Jira Confluence TeamGantt or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership team coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational analytical and time management skills.
- Adaptable and resilient capable of managing complex projects under pressure.
- Comfortable working in dynamic fast-evolving environments with changing priorities and processes.
