Tasks
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor this role supports Partners with full billing and financial administration including preparing monthly bills managing prebills uploading e-bills and monitoring WIP. Youll assist with matter openings conflicts checks AML documentation engagement letters and fee alerts while maintaining strong client relationships through regular AR follow-ups and issue resolution. The role also includes running inventory review meetings processing write-offs providing WIP/AR updates and supporting audit queries. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy client-focused finance role within a leading firm.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of billings and collections experience preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in billing software (preferably Aderant) and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proactive and solution oriented.
- Confident in dealing with clients and senior management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
