Job Summary

Klink is building the worlds leading online earnings platform connecting advertisers users and platforms through results that compound over time. With over 1 million registered users $2M paid out and a growing network of 500 global advertisers Klink powers the next evolution of how users earn and brands grow.

Were looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Specialist who can turn search demand into user growth. Youll build optimise and scale Klinks organic acquisition engine from search and content discovery to on-page funnels that convert users into active earners. This role requires someone who combines SEO expertise content intuition and an experimental mindset to grow traffic improve visibility and drive high-intent users into our core product.

Tasks

Own end-to-end SEO strategy across blog offerwall/quest ecosystem pages product pages and other user-facing destinations.
Research and optimise keywords focused on online earnings airdrops affiliate rewards Web3 opportunities and high-intent fintech search categories.
Plan and execute on-page optimisation internal linking structures metadata improvements schema markup and content hierarchy.
Develop and scale organic content funnels working closely with content writers product and design to create pages that attract and convert.
Implement off-page growth strategies including backlink acquisition partnerships guest posts and digital PR.
Leverage AI-driven search changes (Google SGE ChatGPT Perplexity Claude) to ensure Klink ranks in LLM-assisted search environments.
Analyse SEO performance using Search Console GA4 Ahrefs and AI index trackers translating insights into clear actions.
Optimise user activation flows from organic landing pages to product onboarding to improve conversion and retention.
A/B test content layouts titles and page structures to continuously improve CTRs rankings and engagement.
Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure organic growth aligns with business priorities and monetisation paths.

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO organic growth or content-led acquisition ideally in fintech ad-tech gaming or Web3.
Strong understanding of keyword strategy search intent technical SEO and content optimisation.
Experience growing organic traffic from scratch or scaling high-authority sites.
Familiarity with LLM-driven search visibility structured data and emerging search AI ecosystems.
Comfortable working with tools such as Google Search Console GA4 Ahrefs SimilarWeb ScreamingFrog and AI index trackers.
Ability to think in funnel terms from impressions and ranking to activation and LTV.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into experiments insights and results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across content product and design teams.
Curiosity ownership and a bias for iteration constantly testing improving and experimentin
