Job Summary

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial forecasts monitor performance against budgeted figures.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate investments including ROI calculations and cash flow projections.
General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the general ledger accounting process including journal entries and reconciliations.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures.
Lease Administration: Review lease agreements and analyze lease terms.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate accounting.
Skills: Strong knowledge accounting software excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
