Role: Technical support Analyst
Location: Arlington TX(Onsite)
Type: Contract
Day to Day job Duties:
- Provide advanced technical support to end users for hardware software and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with desktops laptops mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
- User Account Management
- Manage user accounts groups and permissions in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and related systems.
- Support identity and access management across Cloud-based technologies.
- Application Deployment and Management
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance updates and health checks on end-user hardware and software.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs replacements and warranty services.
- Documentation and Training
- Develop and maintain technical documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Provide training and user support to improve technology adoption and efficiency.
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and timely support to all end users.
- Communicate effectively to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in end-user computing or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

- Degree: Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience
