Job Summary

Role: Technical support Analyst

Location: Arlington TX(Onsite)

Type: Contract

Day to Day job Duties:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end users for hardware software and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with desktops laptops mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
  • User Account Management
  • Manage user accounts groups and permissions in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and related systems.
  • Support identity and access management across Cloud-based technologies.
  • Application Deployment and Management
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance
  • Perform regular maintenance updates and health checks on end-user hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs replacements and warranty services.
  • Documentation and Training
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide training and user support to improve technology adoption and efficiency.
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely support to all end users.
  • Communicate effectively to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in end-user computing or IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Degree: Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience
