Mission & Impact
This role drives the development and maintenance of web-based applications that support real-time sports operations. The developer will help scale the platform and enhance the user experience while collaborating with a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build maintain and optimize web applications using React and backend frameworks ( with the product team to implement new features and maintain existing functionality.
- Ensure code quality scalability and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain seamless platform performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack web development (React front-end backend framework).
- Strong understanding of web application architecture APIs and database integration.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Availability during standard U.S. ET work hours (MondayFriday).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in sports gaming or real-time data platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and testing frameworks.
- Previous remote work experience with distributed teams.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Timely completion of new features and bug fixes.
- Platform stability and performance metrics maintained.
- Quality of code and adherence to development best practices.
- Smooth collaboration and communication with remote team members.
