Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on across the full stack experienced with and React and capable of mentoring junior developers while maintaining high technical standards. Some experience with AWS or DevOps is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable web applications using and React (or similar modern frameworks).
- Contribute to backend services using and at least one additional backend language such as Python Java or Go.
- Conduct code reviews define and enforce coding standards and promote best practices for maintainability performance and security.
- Collaborate closely with Product QA and Design teams to plan deliver and maintain high-quality software.
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Participate in sprint planning estimation and technical documentation.
- (Optional) Support DevOps-related tasks in AWS such as CI/CD setup monitoring and deployment automation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in full stack development with and React (or comparable frameworks).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices and relational/non-relational databases.
- Proven experience in technical leadership including code reviews and mentoring.
- Solid understanding of software architecture scalability and performance optimization.
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS ECS CloudFormation etc.).
- Exposure to DevOps containerization (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of TypeScript or GraphQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
