1.グループ傷害保険賠償保険企業火災保険経営保険海上保険スペシャリティ保険の各保険ビジネスの成長と収益の最大化をデータ面でサポートすること
2.上記に関連した様々なデータ分析を行いレポーティングすること
3.分析結果をマネジメントに報告するのみならず経営の意思決定をデータの側面でサポートすること

Mission of Corporate Business Analysis Department

1. Support data for Group PA Casualty Commercial Property Financial Lines Marine and Specialty Lines to accelerate the profitable growth.

2. Perform and report various data related to the above

3. Not only reporting the analysis results to management but also supporting management decision-making.

職責Job Responsibilites

主な業務
1.予算作成単年度中長期計画のサポート
2.上記達成のKPI策定およびモニタリング
3.企業向けビジネスの経営全般に関わるデータ分析および提案
4.分析用データベースDWH etc.やBIツールPower BI etc.を用いたデータ作成分析
5.マネジメント層へのデータ分析を用いた提案や意思決定のサポート

Major Job Responsibilities
for budget planning (single year / medium - to long-term planning)

2. KPI formulation and monitoring of the above achievements

3. Data analysis and proposals related to overall business management for enterprises

4. Data creation / analysis using internal analysis database (DWH etc.) and BI tool (Power BI etc.)

5. Support for proposals and decision-making using data analysis for management

Bachelors degree in finance accounting mathematics or a related discipline will be preferred.
