職務目的Job Purpose

• 担当地区において上席者の管理監督の下で基幹商品ALLSTARsを中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて収益性の最大化を図りながら企業賠償保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持つ

職責Job Responsibilities

• 担当地区の地域事業本部に駐在して企業賠償保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持ちそのために営業本部他ラインと連携し担当地区のマーケットチャネルの状況に応じた基幹商品ALLSTARsを中心とした販促計画契約保全含むを企画立案し実行する

• 主に営業社員担当チャネル向けの基幹商品ALLSTARsを中心とした販売トレーニングを行い特に重点代理店については個々の代理店のALLSTARsを中心とした販売計画トレーニングにも関与する

• 担当地区において企業賠償保険ラインの情宣活動を行い成約事例紹介売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供資料作成含むそのためにマーケット情報他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う

• 企業賠償保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行い引受権限を有しないものまたは難度の高い事案については上席または関連するプロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し担当地区の収益性を確保する
