Job Summary

We are looking for a creative motivated and solution-oriented Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys technical challenges and collaboration. The position will mainly be focused on software development but some hands-on practical work will also be required. You are structured precise and eager to contribute to high-quality projects. We are seeking someone with an interest in technology a hands-on approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and maintain existing manufacturing test systems implement new features improve performance and refactor existing code.
- Implement data capture solutions for our product test systems.
- Set up new and maintain existing production lines.
- Contribute to manufacturing process development.
- Optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document manufacturing and test processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Education and skills
- Relevant bachelors degree (e.g. computer science automation electronics instrumentation or telecommunication). Relevant experience may compensate for a formal degree.
- Solid experience with software development in Python. Experience with additional languages is advantageous.
- Practical experience or interest in manufacturing technology.
- Familiarity with hardware development and testing.
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian.
