St Patricks College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Officers to join our Enhanced Learning Team in 2026. These positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their learning and wellbeing in an inclusive and dynamic educational environment.
As a Learning Support Officer you will assist students in Years 7 to 12 with diverse learning needs by providing support within classroom settings and study sessions assisting with co-curricular activities and social interactions and collaborating with teachers and the Enhanced Learning Team to implement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs). You will also document student progress and support for NCCD purposes contribute to the implementation of learning and social interventions and participate in staff meetings professional learning and College events including camps and excursions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment. Experience supporting students with additional learning needs is preferred but not essential.
