Role Overview:

Validates remittance advice from handled accounts against credit line items.
Reconciles account collections and deductions.
Posts collections through online platforms.
Processes account claims and expenses.
Prepares reports on posted collections and processed claims.
Prepares and monitors approvals for:
- Project Proposal Document (PPD) via Coupa
- Purchase Request (PR) Purchase Request PO and Purchase Order
- Request for Credit Memo (RFCM)
Manages supply inventory by processing and monitoring purchase requisitions for materials equipment and services required by the division.
- Serves as the Asset Custodian of the team.
Provides customer service support to various members of the Division by assisting in issue resolution on portals and other systems.
- Determines appropriate actions or referrals to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Technical or any related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize and manage workload independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Shortlisted candidates shall be informed and required to submit a Letter of Intent approved by the Division Head prior to division interviews. Work schedule and provisions attached to the job such as overtime pay incentives company car and others will not be automatically carried over upon transfer to a new job. Set policies will be applied.
