Tewhiwhinga mahi: The opportunity:
We areon the lookout for someone who is proactive and people-focused to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Taupō office.
This is no ordinary admin role it is dynamic varied and essential to keeping our multi-disciplinary team running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include administration customer service and reception support managing our vehicle fleet building maintenance coordinating events/meetings health and safety onboarding new team members and yes sometimes doing the dishes!
As well as being our administration superstar you will also play a key role in supporting our community health programmes. You will be supporting a passionate group of professionals including dietitians social workers specialist nurses exercise consultants pharmacists and primary mental health clinicians.
This is a permanent part time role working 32 hours per week.

He kōrero mōu: About you
- IT savvy familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and confident picking up new systems.
- Previous administrative and/or customer service experience beneficial.
- Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
- Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
- Proactive in looking for ways to improvesystems/processes.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competency setting up and using video conferencing such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Adaptable flexible and solutions-focused.
- Hold a current full drivers licence.
