About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactiveTeam Administrator & Contract Coordinatorto provide exceptional administrative and organisational support to the Farming Excellence & Extension team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across programmes and projects supporting diary and travel management coordinating reporting andassistingwith contract processes.
Youllwork closely with the Executive Assistant to the GM Farming Excellence & Extension as well as the wider Farming Excellence and Extension team linking key activities across research product development extension design and delivery. This is a dynamic role requiring attention to detailstrong communicationskills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Whatwe ask of you
- A Business Administration qualification at diploma level or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years experience in an administration or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task across diary management travel coordination and meetinglogistics.
- High-level competence in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Teams Outlook Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills with the ability to adjust style for different audiences.
- A proactive results-focused approach able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Commitment to BLNZs values integrity and a willingness to develop understanding ofTeAo Māori tikanga andTeReo.
Location & Travel
It is our preference to have someonefull timein this role however for the right candidate we are open to considering part time (minimum 30 hours per week).
Ideally based inHamiltonalthough any BLNZofficewill be considered. You willbe requiredto travel occasionally torepresentBeef Lamb New Zealand andparticipatein regional and national collaborative processes or similar forums.
