Job Summary
As a Human Resources Associate you will perform routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional and develop core job competencies with existing procedures by solving common problems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department and leaders
Process applicant background checks
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
Prepare new employee offers
Process separations and maintain accurate personnel records
Assist with employee benefits and other related tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education Experience Skills and Certifications)
Requires a Bachelors Degree and no experience or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of office experience.
Must have strong computer skills including MS Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook.
Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to work with a sense of urgency.
Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education Experience Skills and Certifications)
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience supporting a Human Resources group/department.
Workday Applicant Tracking System experience.
