Tasks
You will work directly with the founding team and help drive Mellos commercial growth. This is a hands-on high-ownership role with real responsibility from day one ideal for someone who wants to learn how an early-stage AI company is built and scaled.
Your focus will be on go-to-market and growth topics: supporting sales and partnerships sharpening our positioning and turning early traction into repeatable processes.
- Support go-to-market initiatives across sales partnerships and positioning
- Collaborate closely with founders product and engineering to bring solutions to customers
- Tackle whatever challenge most moves the company forward
- Work on growth experiments (outbound ICP definition lead generation funnel optimization)
Requirements
Mindset
- You take full ownership and pride in execution
- You enjoy solving a wide range of problems in fast-moving environments
- Youre curious about startups AI and how companies are built
- You aspire to build something meaningful potentially your own company one day
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in generalist roles or high-agency environments (early-stage startups consulting or venture operations)
- Strong intuition for software data and AI (technical background is a plus not a must)
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and figuring things out independently
- High integrity strong work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
- Clear and confident communication skills in German and English
