The primary responsibility of the Office Administrative Supervisor is to manage a team of Administrative Assistants and manage the hood cleaning routing for the addition this position will provide office support which includes composing business letters comparison of data driven spreadsheets. This person is also responsible for billing invoicing and customer service.
Essential Functions
- Directly Supervise Administrative Assistants.
- Assist in Hiring training coaching and discipline of Administrative Assistants.
- Manage the routing for the hood cleaning technicians business.
- Ensure all work orders/purchase orders are managed in accordance with the companys policies and procedures and that all transactions meet the customers criteria.
- Obtain and process customer work orders/purchase orders for scheduled routes and emergency services.
- Assist in billing creating invoices matching all work orders/purchase orders with services performed.
- Assist sales customer service credit and collection and billing on accounts that require purchase orders/work orders.
- Reconciles complex issues on customer accounts.
- Communicate with customers on scheduling and completing work orders.
- Prepares monthly summary reports on account progress.
- Perform dispatching & routing activities as required by site.
- Coordinates with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- CRM System Administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years Supervisory / Leadership experience
- 2 years Administrative/office experience
- 2 years Microsoft Office Software experience
- 1 year CDL DOT or Logistics industry experience
Working Environment:
- There are no special physical requirements for this position.
- General office conditions
- Some light lifting and bending
- Periods of sitting
