Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves various administrative duties project coordination and direct interaction with clients and team members.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Handle incoming communications including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments preparing necessary materials and agendas.
  • Facilitate on-boarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist with project management tasks ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain office supply inventory coordinating orders when necessary.
  • Support the financial department with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
