Job Summary
JOIN OUR TEAM
This is a high-impact role offering a steep learning curve and responsibility from day one. You will collaborate closely with Executives Senior Management and a highly talented diverse team at the intersection of Business Development People Learning & Development and People Analytics. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
WHAT YOULL DO
Drive strategic cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team with a focus on AI-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency learning and decision-making
Design and implement learning strategies aligned with organisational goals and future capabilities
Create and manage detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and stakeholder engagement
Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across departments seniority levels and countries
Partner closely with the (People) Leadership Team and the Chief People Officer on strategic priorities and initiatives
YOU COME WITH
2 years of experience in consulting or strategy/business development with a strong record of impact
Hands-on experience with AI projects or tools
Proven ability to manage complex projects prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Passion for People/HR with a drive to innovate and challenge the status quo
A collaborative team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to make a difference
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear engaging messages and build trustful relationships
Fluency in English and German
