Job Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in and strong backend development skills in Python or Java Spring Boot.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain end-to-end web applications with modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Build responsive high-quality UIs using ( or Angular experience is a plus).

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs or microservices using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Java Spring Boot.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Ensure best practices in code quality performance and security.

Required Skills & Experience:

Atleast 56 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.

Expert-level proficiency in and front-end frameworks.

Strong backend development experience in Python or Java Spring Boot.

Solid understanding of API design databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (Git).

Experience in CI/CD containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Preferred / Good to Have:

Exposure to or Angular frameworks.

Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

Familiarity with DevOps workflows and automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills:

Requirements- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Previous experience of 5 years in Project management roles preferably within software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams towards project -depth knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams stakeholders and senior management. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering solutions to complex technical challenges. Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools. Certifications in project management (PMP PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master SAFe) are a plus.
