Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our team on a contract basis for 36 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo development customization and integration and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Develop customize and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements
Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
Perform Odoo backend development using Python and PostgreSQL
Customize Odoo views workflows reports and security rules
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
Debug troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ensure code quality performance optimization and best practices
Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation
Collaborate with functional consultants QA and stakeholders
Qualifications :
5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
Strong proficiency in Python PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM
Experience with Odoo versions (v12 and above preferred)
Good knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting HR etc.
Experience in XML JavaScript and QWeb reports
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
