Job Summary

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the air blower products market.
2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including plant managers engineers and procurement professionals.
3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities including project leads and tender opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge: Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.
5. Sales Performance*: Meet or exceed sales targets and develop plans to achieve sales goals.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.


Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales preferably in the air blower industry or industrial sector.
3. Strong knowledge of air blower products including types applications and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
