Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at one of Indias leading building materials companies. This role is pivotal in driving territory-wide sales performance by developing and executing monthly business plans strengthening dealer networks and ensuring consistent delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence through new dealer acquisition maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams. With a focus on achieving sales targets enhancing dealer performance and supporting contractor loyalty programs this position plays a key role in sustaining long-term growth within the residential and commercial hardware and security solutions segment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly business plans to achieve assigned territory sales objectives.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to support sales targets communicate promotional schemes and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and establish new dealer counters to expand sustainable sales potential in the territory.
- Ensure consistent availability of products promotional tools and after-sales support by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on dealer payment collections in alignment with company benchmarks.
- Facilitate contractor enrollment point updates and benefit extensions through dealers in accordance with the companys loyalty program framework.
- Collaborate with project sales and service teams for effective lead sharing and resolution of operational challenges.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking performance.
