A Renewal Executive in Finance and Accounts manages contract renewals focusing on revenue retention client relationship management and financial reconciliation. Key responsibilities include negotiating contract terms handling accounts receivable ensuring timely invoicing maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with sales teams to minimize churn and optimize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Manage the entire renewal life cycle including negotiating terms updating contracts and addressing client concerns to ensure contract continuation.
Financial Operations: Handle accounts payable/receivable reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Reporting: Prepare accurate timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual closing statements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as TDS GST and PF/ESI.
Collaboration: Work with internal departments to analyze actual vs. budgeted data providing insights on variances.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in finance or accounting roles.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software like Tally SAP or QuickBooks.
Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Common Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA CA) is a plus.
