We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor to join our team.
The Executives responsibilities include generating leads making calls continuously updating our database and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as an Academic Counsellor you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately a top-notch Academic Counsellor should be able to build rapport with candidates and close the deal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving the set sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone per email and in person.
- Handling candidates questions inquiries and complaints.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database and student database.
- Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Research colleges universities to develop leads for placement partners.
Requirements
- Graduation is a must.
- Candidates with interest in digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Excellent service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales programs.
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
Required Skills:
Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications Marketing or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements: Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire mentor and drive innovation within the team.
