What Youll Do
Responsible for ensuring the accurate timely and cost effective identification sourcing buying deliveringwarehousing expediting and commissioning of material and equipment required to support theproject/operational requirements. May plan organize direct and negotiate procurement activities depending onthe job level.
Provides administration for the P-Card Program to include: all aspects related to training; policy and procedurerecommendations; communication and coordination with provider bank; review of P-Card utilization includingaddressing P-Card policy violations; provide statistical information as required. Monitors and tracks p-cardtransactions.
Informs cardholders and managers of p-card violations and maintains records of violations. Creates P-Cardpolicies and procedures and monitors p-card usage to ensure compliance based on Companys policies. Educatesp-card holders on policy information and changes to and delivers training programs to card holders and approving officials on procurement card processes andprocedures. Reviews and approves P-Card exceptions to restricted items and authority levels. Responsible for the
recording keeping of Cardholder Agreement Forms exceptions and related information.
Maintains and analyzer cardholder and organizational date and prepares usage reports. Assist in internal andexternal fraud cases as needed. Serves as liaison for all P-Card matters.

- Bachelors degree
- OR Masters degree
- OR Eight or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance/Accounting to 5 years of Procurement experience which must include experience in monitoring P-Card Program or
equivalent program is preferred.
