* Business Analyst will lead the program administration and evolution of an enterprise software application suite for a state Department
* Provide cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise across programs and technology solutions
* Collaborate with both business and technical teams to align activities with the agencys strategic goals
* Serve as a key contributor in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality solutions
* Oversee long-term planning program delivery team coordination and quality assurance
* Manage an enterprise-level IT program for the Agency aligned with customer satisfaction safety quality and performance targets
