Job Title: Sales Coordinator- Medical Devices
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills experience in sales coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including data entry report generation and sales tracking.
- Assist in managing sales records databases and CRM systems.
- Order Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track and resolve any issues related to orders deliveries or customer requests.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers sales team and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries resolve issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Sales Process:
- Assist in managing sales processes including lead tracking sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
