Job Summary
- The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager - Sales is responsible for pitching Elite packages and services to prospective HNI customers and helping them find an appropriate alliance.
- Prioritizes prospects needs and open dialogue to identify and provide solutions to their needs.
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.
- Handling inquiries with regard to product pricing customer relations and complaints.
- Utilizing effective consulting selling approaches to meet sales targets.
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
