Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality budget and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of aviation terminal building projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients contractors consultants and internal teams.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth progress.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects engineers contractors and consultants.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence within the project team.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project budgets control costs and ensure financial performance aligns with approved plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive risk management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts schedules and financial records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field. A Masters degree in Project Management or Construction Management is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects with at least 5 years in aviation terminal building projects
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information :
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
- In-depth knowledge of aviation terminal design construction processes and industry standards.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and software (e.g. Primavera MS Project BIM).
