Job Summary

GRAPHIC PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Create graphic templates using Autodesk DWG Trueview and Adobe Illustrator.
Review client artwork to ensure image resolution meets visual requirements.
Cross-reference style guides to make sure brand colors are being implemented within client artwork.
Resize files after reviewing architectural prints and 3D Models.
Generate graphic proof for client approval.
Build production files for fabric and hard substrate printing and cutting.
Color-match to achieve consistency between substrates.
Attend team meetings to discuss production timelines and approach.
Input and maintain graphic schedule for production team.
Support graphic design and sales teams with booth designs and presentations as needed.
Coordinate with vendors to outsource graphics when necessary.

SOFTWARE FAMILIARITY

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
Microsoft Outlook and Teams

HOURS

MON-FRI 7AM 3:30PM
Weekends and overtime as needed.

OTHER

Position is not open to remote work.
