What Youll Do:
The Family Peer Support Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the Family Peer Support Program at Alexander Youth Network. This position ensures that Family Peer Support Supervisors and Specialists deliver consistent family-driven and culturally responsive services to caregivers navigating behavioral health systems.
The Manager oversees day-to-day operations provides supervision to program leadership ensures program fidelity and supports the integration of lived experience as a foundation of practice. This position fosters interdepartmental collaboration and promotes quality and process improvements to enhance family outcomes and workforce development.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements as defined by the State of North Carolina.
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field preferred.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain National Family Peer Support Specialist Certification within 12 months of hire.
- Valid North or South Carolina drivers license required.
