Job Title: Club Manager / Club Lead

Job Description:
The Club Manager (Club Lead) is responsible for leading the overall success and daily operations of the Anytime Fitness club. This position requires strong leadership sales ability and a passion for creating a positive high-energy culture centered around member results and team development. The Club Manager leads by exampledriving growth accountability and performance across all key areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience and a clean professional environment.
- Drive membership sales renewals and personal training revenue through consistent outreach and lead management.
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing team of Fitness Coaches and Membership Managers.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as membership growth cancellations revenue and retention.
- Conduct regular team meetings one-on-one coaching sessions and performance check-ins.
- Build strong relationships with members and the local community to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Anytime Fitness brand standards safety guidelines and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to implement strategies that support long-term growth.
- Participate in ongoing leadership development and mastermind training programs to continue professional growth and team leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of leadership or management experience (fitness sales or service industry preferred).
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on goal achievement and accountability.
- Passion for health fitness and helping others succeed.
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Monthly commissions based on membership and personal training sales performance.
