Join our high-impact Digital Merchandising team and help shape the future of how members shop for online. As a Digital Merchandising Manager youll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience supporting product launches and driving category growth through data-driven insights and creative execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring curated assortments to life across our digital platforms.
- Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improving product content discoverability and conversion.
- Support the execution of online events and promotions ensuring accuracy and excellence in digital presentation.
- Partner with suppliers to optimize product listings and ensure alignment with digital merchandising best practices.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve content health including ratings reviews and enriched product detail pages.
- Stay current on eCommerce trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the member experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with merchants marketers and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with digital merchandising tools web analytics or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising website management or content management.
- Experience with web analytics tools and/or content management systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
