Join our Recruitment Team as a Resource Officer where youll play a key role in supporting hiring managers through every step of the recruitment journey. From end to end resourcing campaign development implementation and administrative support to the permanent and temporary recruitment function ensuring high quality fast and safe recruitment.
The role will include high volume recruitment responsibility for managing new vacancies pre-employment checks and onboarding of new starters and movers and providing training for hiring Managers. Ensure hiring managers gain a great experience throughout their hiring journey.
Overseeing vacancy and turnover with their designated directorates. tracking ad performance managing candidate enquiries monitoring of pre-employment check performance ensuring hiring managers are up to date with candidate progression and support staff on-boarding.
Work in directly partnership with the HR Resource Manager to strategically plan and implement resource initiatives including head hunting resourcing and building of talent pools and successions plans for critical roles.
